LICENSE AGREEMENT
You should carefully read the following terms and conditions before using this software. Your use of this software indicates your acceptance of this license agreement and warranty.
UNREGISTERED VERSION
This software can be used free of charge during a test period of 14 days. Following this test period of 14 days or less, if you wish to continue to use Machete, you must purchase a license.
REGISTERED VERSION
For personal-use applications, one registered copy of Machete can be used by a single person who uses the software on up to three computers.
For commercial, educational or other non-personal-use applications, one registered copy of Machete must be installed on a single computer, used non-concurrently by multiple people.
The Machete License Agreement does not, in any way, permit the transfer of licensed rights for, or the redistribution, reselling, or remarketing of the Machete product.
DISCLAMER OF WARRANTY
THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SOLD "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OF MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.
Because of the various hardware and software environments in which Machete can be installed, NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS OFFERED. Should the Software prove defective, you and not MacheteSoft ASSUME THE ENTIRE COST OF ANY DAMAGES OR LOST PROFITS WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, OR OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS) RESULTING FROM THE INFORMATION CONTAINED IN OR PRODUCED BY THE SOFTWARE. YOU ASSUME ALL RESPONSIBILITIES FOR SELECTION OF THE SOFTWARE TO ACHIEVE YOUR INTENDED RESULTS, AND FOR THE INSTALLATION OF, USE OF, AND RESULTS OBTAINED FROM THE SOFTWARE.
The user must assume the entire risk of using the program. ANY LIABILITY OF THE SELLER WILL BE LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO PRODUCT REPLACEMENT OR REFUND OF PURCHASE PRICE.
